Who and Where We Are
Aspen's principal, Dr. Hamid Rastegar,
is an expert in engineering, physical sciences, and environmental
impact assessment. He is joined by Vice Presidents Jon Davidson,
Agoura Hills Operations; Susan Lee, San Francisco Operations; and
Tom Murphy, Sacramento Operations, who bring additional project
management and technical leadership in environmental planning, earth
sciences, compliance and permitting, and engineering consulting
services. This strong management team is supported by an interdisciplinary
staff of environmental scientists, engineers, planners, technical
specialists, and administrators.
Aspen has five locations in Agoura
Hills (southern California), San
Francisco, Sacramento,
Upland and Davis,
California. We have approximately 75 employees, including field
staff working on construction projects throughout the state. Our
staff members are highly trained professionals in such disciplines
as environmental science, engineering (including air, water and
noise disciplines), land use and environmental planning, biology
(plant and wildlife), energy analysis and planning, and the earth
sciences.
