Pacific Pipeline Project for the Angeles National Forest and the California Public Utilities Commission

Aspen mapped terrestrial and aquatic biological resources in the vicinity of 171-mile and 130-mile long crude oil pipelines that traversed four southern California counties; identified construction and potential oil spill impacts; prepared BAs for special status species in the southern Kern County and the Santa Clara and Ventura River drainages; and supervised mitigation monitoring of sensitive biological resources.
