Lower Sulphur Creek Ecosystem Restoration Project DPR/EA, CA
Aspen is preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) on behalf
of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) for environmental
restoration of Sulphur Creek in Orange County, CA. The project
involves modeling and mapping of a range of floodplains from
the 2-year to 100-year discharge for existing and with-project
conditions.
