Aspen prepared a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for restoring and enhancing a 2,000-foot-long reach of Sulphur Creek. Restoration alternatives were evaluated using an incremental analysis of HGM output (functional benefits) and costs. Aspen developed the restoration concept and prepared construction plans for approximately eight acres of degraded habitat.
