Yellowstone Pipeline Reroute Project EIS

Aspen prepared an EIS for the Lolo National Forest for an application to build a new 67-mile section of a petroleum products pipeline in western Montana, and renew a special use permit for 82 miles of existing pipeline in western Montana and northern Idaho.
