PG&E Northeast San Jose Transmission Reinforcement Project
Aspen prepared an EIR for a proposed 7.3-mile 230kV transmission line,
a new 230-115kV substation, modifications to an existing substation,
and upgrades to an existing distribution line, located in Alameda and
Santa Clara Counties. A total of 22 potential alternatives were evaluated
in the EIR.
