SDG&E Miguel-Mission 230 kV #2 Project EIR
Aspen prepared an EIR for a proposed 230 kV circuit between the Miguel
and Mission substations in San Diego County. The new 35-mile 230 kV
circuit was installed on existing towers, and existing 69 kV & 138
kV circuits were relocated to 80 new steel poles.
