Aspen provided air quality studies for the Main Post Update and the Public Health Service Hospital District under the Presidio Trust Management Plan within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and adjacent to sensitive San Francisco residences. The analyses for the Main Post District addressed the proposed Presidio Museum, the Presidio Lodge, other construction or demolition, and parking and circulation improvements. Major components of the analyses included discussion of global climate change and determining consistency and conformity with existing Transportation Demand Measures and with local and regional plans, including the most recent Clean Air Plan and attainment strategies.
