For this EIR/S evaluating a 165-mile electric power transmission line, Aspen provided a public participation program in support of the California Public Utilities Commission and U.S. Bureau of Land Management. Services included development of a 1,700-person mailing list; support for four scoping meetings, informational workshops, and public hearings; and a variety of project notices and newsletters.
