Application for Certification Review, California Energy Commission
Aspen provides engineering and environmental technical assistance to review
applications for power plant certification. Aspen has contributed to Staff
Assessments for 25 power plants and 15 peaker power plants. Staff Assessments
are independent analyses of a proposed power plant's environmental consequences
