As part of an intensive effort to finalize Feasibility Studies and EISs for inclusion in the Water Resources Development Act 2000, Aspen assisted the Corps in revising problematic air quality and water quality analyses prepared by another contractor. Aspen developed new construction assumptions and re-calculated air pollutant emission from construction activities to demonstrate that the proposed Murrieta Creek Flood Control Project would conform to federal de minimis thresholds, thereby avoiding a serious obstacle for the project.
